Description

The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team, responsible for providing day to day support and assistance.

This position reports to and works closely with the Project Manager and Operations Managerin order to assist with coordination, implementation and completion of projects.

Job Summary/Responsibilities

Responsible for WBCMS submittals (road reports, quality control reporting, equipment lists, material lists, etc.)
Coordinating with field staff instruction notices, change orders, site changes, etc.
DWR tracking and cost summaries
Tracking payment items (survey reports, granular summaries, field measurements)
Prioritize and track progress and quality of work being performed to meet deadlines
Working with Project Manager and Operations Manager on daytoday operations
Participate in progress meetings, jobsite safety reviews and toolbox meetings
Order, schedule and track material deliveries to jobsites
Complete all duties in accordance with the OHSA and company health and safety regulations
Other related duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements:

Experience in similar role or junior project manager role
Exceptional analytical, planning, problem solving and organizational skills
Dependable, selfmotivated, innovative and committed
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work to deadlines
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Experience working with Excel, Project, CAD and WBCMS-MTO would be an asset
Familiar with OPSS specifications and ability to interpret drawings would be an as asset
