Job summary

The Senior Manager reports to a Director while operating in a team-based environment within Business Banking Credit Risk (BBCR).

The role supports BBCR's strategic vision by ensuring its governance framework aligns with global regulatory requirements and risk management best practices.

The Senior Manager is responsible for monitoring regulatory developments, assessing their impact, and supporting compliance strategies that enhance risk governance.

The role provides effective challenge, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, drives a strong risk culture, and collaborates across GRM,
BBCR,and the Bank to break down silos while ensuring regulatory expectations are met.

  • Contributes to a risk-aware culture that prioritizes strong governance,
    regulatory compliance,
    and proactive risk management across Business Banking Credit Risk,fostering collaboration
    and leveraging broader Bank relationships(systems,knowledge)
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge
    & understanding of applicable regulations related to BBCR across relevant jurisdictions
