- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Tasks:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Computer and technology knowledge:
- MS Excel
- MS Office
- MS Word
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
