Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
  • Analyze benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate benefits enrollment and resolve employee issues
  • Conduct research on benefit options and assist in negotiating contracts with vendors
  • Assist in training development for employees on benefits packages
  • Utilize data analysis skills to assess the effectiveness of current benefits offerings

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience working with HR systems such as UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, or Oracle
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and benefits administration
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate benefit options to employees
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding benefit programs
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to employee benefits

Pay:
$60,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
