Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Analyze benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate benefits enrollment and resolve employee issues
- Conduct research on benefit options and assist in negotiating contracts with vendors
- Assist in training development for employees on benefits packages
- Utilize data analysis skills to assess the effectiveness of current benefits offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience working with HR systems such as UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, or Oracle
- Strong understanding of employee relations and benefits administration
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate benefit options to employees
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding benefit programs
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to employee benefits

Pay:
$60,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
