Job Title:
Logistics & Inventory Coordinator
This position is responsible for managing all documentation related to inbound and outbound shipments.
Creates and manages shipping notices, bills of lading, orders and other records to determine logistics priorities required to meet shipping and receiving schedules, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. This position is also responsible for plant inventory.This position is responsible for daily and weekly inventory count. This position is responsible for assisting with all receiving and stock/inventory control and quality control of incoming materials. Also responsible for assisting in keeping, sorting and issuing parts for company use only.
Qualifications & Skills:
- More than 1 year of logistics and inventory experience
- Two years of manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Possess the energy and drive to meet deadlines, accomplish goals and find solutions
- Excellent analytical skills where output data is actionable and accurate
- Excellent problem solving, follow up and attention to detail abilities
- Previous tool crib attendant experience an asset
- Previous manufacturing experience an asset
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- High level of organizational skills & abilities
- Able to organize items according to various groupings
Job Types:

$19.00 per hour
