Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parts Person to join our team. As a Parts Person, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mechanics and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Duties:

Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to manage parts inventory and track orders
Identifying and sourcing the correct parts.
Process parts orders, including data entry and documentation
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve any issues that may arise

- receiving parts, properly identifying and labeling, placing them into inventory.

Maintaining detailed repair records

Skills:

Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and provide solutions to their needs
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry, inventory management, and order processing
Ability to source parts from various suppliers and negotiate pricing
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
