Administrative AssistantResponsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support both in person and over the phone
Job Type:
Part-time
Salary:
$19.43-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

In person
