Production Supervisor - Brampton, Canada - Interbuild ltd.

Description

The Production supervisor is responsible for maintaining all production activities within our organization, as well as, direct involvement with process improvement throughout the facility.

This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment that will work with all levels of employees and management within our facility and coordinating ideas into evaluation and implementation.

The production manager/supervisor will also be responsible for the logistics of our products and schedule in order to meet time lines.

• Supervise department by ensuring all aspects of production, fabrication, and quality are met.
• Train and evaluate employees in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Resolve work/machinery problems and request material and supplies when required.
• Continuously monitor process for safety, quality, efficiency, etc.
• Responsible for logistics, domestic and abroad.

• Production engineer technician an asset
• Supervisory experience
  required:
• 2 years, production or fabrication experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and direct others
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet research skills.
• Welding Experience/Knowledge is a
