Responsibilities:
- Lead sales activities and develop sales strategies for assigned products in accordance with Company goals and objectives in order to achieve market share growth, and maximize sales revenue and profitability
- Develop new business leads and manage existing relationships to achieve sales goals for the assigned accounts;
- Collaborate with the marketing team on the development of collateral to support customer needs and the teams' activities;
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations;
- Represent the company at local and national trade shows, conferences and exhibitions;
- Ensure completion of all corporate and administrative responsibilities with high levels of efficiency, including budgeting, expense reports and other assignments by established deadlines;
- Recruit, develop, train, coach, assess, motivate, and retain talent to achieve goals;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline required. MBA preferred;
- At least 4 years' experience in sales and account relationship management in a scientificrelated market;
- Strong ability to communicate and work crossfunctionally within a team environment;
- Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making skills;
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to succeed;
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or like programs required.
