    As a Senior Paid Search Strategist, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing advanced paid search strategies across various digital platforms, primarily focusing on Google AdWords, BingAds, and other relevant platforms. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of client campaigns in alignment with overarching business objectives.

    About the day-to-day:

    • Comfortably manage without authority, and be responsible for developing direct and indirect reports, budgets, SOW, and revenue tracking.
    • Be responsible for tracking and presenting revenue by the client to report to internal stakeholders.
    • Identify revenue growth opportunities for the brand to support its objectives and grow the business.
    • Foreseeing opportunities and formulating plans to manage and exploit them to drive/extend the business
    • Building strong, collaborative, and trusted relationships with creative and strategic partners.
    • Be a day-to-day leader and source of clarity and solutions for company teams across multiple teams.
    • Lead project meetings and presentations internally and with clients.
    • Push clients for clarity and help them understand what they need beyond what they ask of you.
    • Feel comfortable having difficult conversations internally and with clients.
    • Intuit potential complications and issues, anticipate the needs of senior clients through information gathered from their direct day-to-day clients, and effectively manage up, bringing solutions to senior account leadership.
    • Understand our staffing and profitability, anticipate resourcing issues/needs, and advise leadership.
    • Understand the technical and creative priorities and help guide internal teams and clients.
    • Provide feedback and creative direction on various projects.

    Experience:

    • Handling projects from initiation through completion, across various industries or within specific sectors depending on the job context.
    • Proven track record of working with clients, understanding their business, and managing ongoing relationships.
    • Relevant industry experience can be crucial depending on the sector the organization operates in (e.g., IT, marketing, construction).
    • Experience in leading diverse teams that may include creatives, technicians, marketers, and other specialists.
    • Experience in handling and resolving disputes or misunderstandings, whether between internal teams or with clients.
    • Some roles might also require skills in identifying new business opportunities and helping to grow the account.

    Skills:

    • Planning and Organization: Ability to plan and structure projects, set timelines, manage resources, and keep everything on track.
    • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
    • Budget Management: Keeping projects within budget, managing costs, and making financial decisions.
    • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
    • Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating contracts, project details, and resolving conflicts.
    • Familiarity with Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Wrike, Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Ability to analyze data and provide reports on project progress, budgets, and client metrics.

    Good to have:

    • Experience with SEO and PPC tools (i.e. SEOMoz, AHREFS, Wordstream, , Facebook)
    • Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
    • Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics), and an understanding of how to set and track goals, report website metrics to clients, and their impact on marketing strategy
    • Understands metrics, including CTR, impressions, conversions, etc. related to digital marketing campaigns and can communicate them to internal teams and clients
