Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparing payroll for drivers and office employees
- Collecting information from customers and prepare invoices, bills, inventory records, account reports and any other relevant financial statements using in house accounting software designed specifically for accounting personnel.
- Producing a variety of reports including income statements, balance sheets, and P&L statements
- Proficiency in MS Office and working with computer systems
- Previous experience working in the transportation industry is preferred
