A day in the life as a Lending Support Administrator Specialist:

Provide administrative and direct support to the Operations Support and retail sales teams.
Responsible for completing backoffice lending functions including report review and preparation, internal account balancing and remittances, and document verification.
You will support our branch staff by promptly responding to lending service requests and inquiries; here at Westoba, we are member focused whether we work frontline in our branches or support functions at our Corporate Office.
Prepare and analyze lending reports (monthly, quarterly, annually etc.)
Ensure all assigned lending activities are compliant with legislation, regulations, policy, and procedures.
Support the process of continuous improvement of all processes specific to the administration of retail and business lending.
Accountable for lending administration functions, including but not limited to: credit bureau inquiries, posting financial entries, maintenance of loan reports, balancing of internal account and 3rd party remittances.
Accurately processing entries for new and existing commercial, equipment, and retail loans while handling documentation control and reporting.

What you will bring to the table:

Formal post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Services preferred.
Minimum two years financial industry experience; previous loan and mortgage administration experience is an asset.
