What will you find at DiliTrust ?
Join our dynamic sales team as a driven Sales Representative, dedicated to new business acquisition and the autonomous management of your sales activities. Your role is critical in driving our company's growth by aggressively pursuing new business opportunities, customizing presentations to meet specific buyer needs, and effectively demonstrating our solutions to potential clients.
Key responsabilities :
● Lead New Business Acquisition Efforts: Take charge of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned market. Utilize advanced outbound sales strategies, such as cold calling, emailing, and social networking, to generate new leads and open new sales channels.
● Self-Schedule and Conduct Tailored Product Demonstrations: Independently schedule and conduct product demonstrations that are meticulously tailored to the specific needs and pain points of each potential client. Your deep understanding of DiliTrust's value propositions and how they align with different buyer personas is key to personalizing each demo.
● Strategic Alignment with Buyer Personas: Align DiliTrust's key value propositions with the individual needs and characteristics of each buyer, based on a thorough understanding of various buyer personas across the industries and sub-industries we serve.
● Proactively Manage Sales Pipeline: Take full ownership of your sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. Employ meticulous follow-up and engagement strategies to ensure movement of deals through the sales cycle.
● Maintain Accurate Sales Activity Records: Use our CRM to document all sales activities, communications, and opportunities, ensuring information is current and actionable for effective pipeline management.
● Engage in Continuous Skill and Knowledge Enhancement: Actively participate in ongoing sales training and enablement sessions to continuously develop your understanding of industry-specific buyer personas and market dynamics. This knowledge is essential for effectively targeting and engaging with new clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
● Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in high-volume outbound sales environments, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors.
● Demonstrated ability to independently manage and schedule product demonstrations, aligning complex product solutions with specific customer needs.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively closing deals and fostering customer relationships.
● Proficient in using CRM software to manage sales activities and maintain detailed records of all sales interactions.
● Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
● Bilingual abilities in French and English are preferred.
