This position is integral to the success of the Talent Acquisition team, and to CAAT's guiding mission and growth strategy.


The role focuses on partnering with our hiring leaders to provide full-cycle recruitment services including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and acting as a talent partner to the business.

This is a great opportunity to hone your talent acquisition skills and play an integral role in growing our company with the best talent in the industry.

You will also be involved in various cross functional projects to build and implement people practices to enhance our great culture.


We are looking for someone with:

  • A post graduate certification or university degree in Human Resources Management
  • A CHRP/CHRL designation or in progress would be an asset
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional and progressive experience in Human Resources with a focus on full cycle recruitment for all levels in a fastpaced start up or similar environment
  • Pension or benefits industry experience; this would make you stand out
  • Solid experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems, Microsoft Office
  • A high customer service and relationship building orientation with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • A strategic talent partnering mindset, curiosity as a big picture thinker and high level of business acumen
  • Pride in their work and motivated by relentlessly searching for the ultimate hire
  • The ability to recommend creative talent solutions as a result of having strong external networks and partnerships

Once here you will:


  • Be leading a large and diverse portfolio of roles to manage
  • Coach and guide leaders throughout the talent acquisition process
  • Participate on interviews, developing interview guides, and provide recommendations on the most appropriate job boards to attract talent and showcase CAAT's brand
  • Participate in leading orientation sessions
  • Recommend best practices on talent strategies especially for difficult to fill roles
