We're looking for a strategic and performance-driven Integrated Marketing & Content Manager to architect and scale our end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy. This role is accountable for connecting audience insight, messaging, content, channels, and data to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
You'll define who we target, how we engage them, and how we move them from MQL to SQL to customer, ensuring every touchpoint is intentional, data-informed, and aligned with Sales. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Finance, CRM, and Marketing, you will turn strategy into high-impact, integrated campaigns executed through HubSpot and our broader marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy from awareness through retention and expansion.
- Define lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and lead flow in alignment with Sales.
- Design and optimize multi-touch, cross-channel programs to increase conversion and long-term value.
Content & Messaging Strategy
- Develop lifecycle-driven content strategies aligned to persona and buyer stage.
- Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee creation of high-impact digital and sales enablement content.
Persona & Segmentation
- Lead persona development using data and sales insights.
- Define actionable segmentation strategies across audiences and behaviors.
- Translate insights into targeted campaign frameworks executed through HubSpot.
Performance Marketing & Channel Optimization
- Plan and optimize integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, organic social, and email.
- Implement testing frameworks to improve conversion and ROI.
- Use performance data to guide investment and optimization decisions.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Alignment
- Develop tools and content that support pipeline creation and acceleration.
- Align lifecycle strategy, handoffs, and metrics with Sales and Revenue Operations.
- Incorporate sales feedback to continuously refine targeting and messaging.
Measurement & Insights
- Define KPIs and dashboards to measure funnel and channel performance.
- Identify gaps and opportunities across the lifecycle.
- Communicate results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Experience & Education
- 5–8+ years in integrated, lifecycle, or growth marketing roles.
- Demonstrated ownership of lifecycle strategy and cross-channel execution.
- Strong expertise in content strategy, performance marketing, and sales enablement.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Data-driven, analytical, and highly collaborative.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
Salary: $115,000-130,000
