We are looking to hire a Manager. As a manager of Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill your role requires you to -Recruit train supervise the team Account for key financials controls costs Effectively run both FOH BOH lead all shifts Manage food quality / standards inventory control Follows the Chuck's Roadhouse Bar Grill System Ensure health safety regulations followed Provide excellent customer service in representation of the Chuck's Roadhouse brand Schedule team member monitor their performance Create memorable guest experiences manage complaints Experience in a management role requirement .The overall goal set example entire team Be role model sets tone restaurant where customer satisfaction acknowledged priority Deliver extroverted personality drives motivation entire restaurant deliver successful experience every guest enters restaurant.Responsibilities
