Description

We are looking for a Building Maintenance Supervisor for Manitoba's largest private health care clinic. The Manitoba Clinic is a 236,103 square foot state-of-the-art building, built in 2018, located at 790 Sherbrook Street. This clinic property includes a parkade and main floor mall area.

The Clinic is a leader in Manitoba's Health system for over 75 years by providing physician services, medical procedures, and diagnostic testing.

Working as part of the Management team, the Building Maintenance Supervisor oversees facility operations and provides building maintenance support to all tenants.

Main duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of commercial facilities and the included real estate
Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects to modify commercial facilities and real estate
Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
Coordinate cleaning, snow removal and landscaping operations
Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
