Under the supervision of the PSP Deputy Manager, the Administrative Assistant ensure the collection of documentation and arrangement of topic briefings as required by the supervisor/manager in preparation for conferences, meetings, and appointments.
They provide administrative support such as data entry, word processing, faxing, photocopying, correspondence, distribution and follow-up action. They organize meetings, advise attendees, draft and distribute agendas and minutes. Thet schedule and arrange appointments, meetings and travel schedules. They organize event calendar. They assist with the preparation and formatting of charts, outlines and other visual material for presentations.QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**High School diploma AND several years experience in administration or in a related field.
