Description

Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional teams from across the company to improve the efficiency and productivity of the company's manufacturing processes.

Participate in the design and implementation of automated systems.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance of automation systems.
Coordinate the development of documentation for automation systems.
Train staff in the use of automated systems.
Lead business process reengineering efforts to streamline operations, including the design and implementation of a warehouse management system.
Participate in the redesign or improvement of existing equipment and production lines to maximize efficiency and safety.
Analyze plant floor operations and identify opportunities for business process improvement through automation or other means.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in engineering, automation, or a related field, or extensive related experience.
Experience with automation systems in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading multiple projects in a project management role.
Strong problemsolving skills.
Selfmotivated, possessing strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
