terminal in Elverson, PA.


What Will You Do?

  • Manage administrative tasks, such as processing invoices, updating necessary documents, creating purchase orders, and maintaining an organized inventory.
  • Receive, count and stock ordered parts.
  • Manage returns and credit processes.
  • Organize work assignments for mechanics and technicians.
  • Answer calls and resolve issues concerning minor and major repairs.
  • Plan for appropriate solutions when fleet breakdowns occur.
  • Accurately navigate and input information into the TMT system software.
  • All other tasks as required

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Six (6) months of experience equivalent to the job description or previous experience in the field of administration, data entry or parts and inventory.
  • Excellent people skills while dealing with suppliers and drivers on a regular basis.
  • Basic mechanical, parts and equipment knowledge.
  • Ensure smooth flow of communication, directions and paper flow.
  • Good keyboard skills, accuracy, knowledge of shipping documents, organizational skills.
  • Computer literate (TMT, AS400, Microsoft Office, Truckmate).
  • Resourceful and capable of multitasking.
  • French and English required (written, spoken).

Ce que vous allez faire:


  • Chargé de la gestion de tâches administratives telles que le traitement de factures, la mise à jour de documents nécessaires, la création de bons de commande et l'organisation de l'inventaire.
  • Responsable de la réception, du comptage et de la conservation des pièces commandées.
  • Gérer les retours et les processus de crédit.
  • Organiser les tâches des mécaniciens et des techniciens.
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et résoudre tout problème, qu'il soit mineur ou majeur, concernant les réparations.
  • Prévoir les solutions appropriées en cas de panne de la flotte.
  • Utiliser correctement le logiciel TMT pour y saisir des données.
  • Toute autre tâche connexe.
