SSP Canada operates multiple restaurants inside the Edmonton International Airport, including: Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Boston Pizza, Tap & Pour.

Our HR Coordinator is the face of SSP Canada in the airport


Responsibilities will include:


  • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist with weekly recruitment functions
  • Onboarding new hires with support center team
  • Guiding new hires in Transport Canada Application and 321 Forms
  • Collaborate with benefits coordinator for employee registration
  • Collaborate with payroll team and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Employee training compliance in Academy Live

Skills and Experience:


  • Education in business, human resources, administration or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience is restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
  • This is an onsite role in Edmonton, Alberta
  • Ability to travel on occasion as needed would be an asset
