Located at the heart of the Cité de la Biotech in Laval, Prometic is in full growth-mode now that we are commercializing a treatment recently approved by the FDA for orphan diseases affecting children.

This treatment, made of plasma-derived proteins, will allow these children to have a new pathway to hope.

To contribute to this revolutionary and innovative project, we are looking for a
Human Resources Advisor.
The
Human Resources Advisor will contribute to the team's success by:

Acting as the primary contact for short

- and long-term leaves, managing the workplace injury process, as required.

You are the right person for this role because you have:

A Bachelor's in Human Resources
At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally in a unionized environment, with a main focus in talent acquisition
The ability to communicate both orally and in writing in French and English
Solid knowledge of the talent acquisition process and at ease to use social media for recruitment purposes.
Previous experience with CNESST and disability management
