    Please Note: This is a 100% on-site, in-person position. No remote capacity. Please do not apply if you are looking for 100% remote or a hybrid work schedule. Please do not apply if you are not located in or near Nova Scotia region. Canadian citizens only.

    Description:

    1-5 years experience in Deskside Support troubleshooting computer hardware & software. Microsoft technologies including Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Office Suite, email, PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience with an Incident Management tool to receive, update, escalate and close incident tickets. Experience with PC refresh, asset management, PC lifecycle management. Managing responsibilities and priorities to achieve service-level agreements in place. Must be fluid with Network equipment - configuring, replacing and installing. Bring your own device solution (must provide cell phone). Good oral and written communications required.

    Candidates should be the best of the best; mature, customer-service oriented with a "whatever it takes" mentality. Need a self starter, who can handle multiple tasks, prioritize requests, and manage customer expectations for service delivery. Will work by themselves at the site, with minimal oversight. Candidates must be comfortable educating and guiding employees. Candidates must also have a "thick-skin" and calmly resolve issues in a timely manner with quality outcomes. On-call duties required.

    2) Networking experience: replacing wireless access points

    3) Able to to work independently & bring customer service mentality
