Store Manager - Toronto, Canada - Global Pet Foods
Description
SALARY IS NEGOTABLE
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the pet store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure the store is clean and well maintained, creating a welcoming environment for customers and their pets.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the store and drive sales
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store has sufficient stock of products and supplies.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating prices and managing orders.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications include:
- Experience in retail management, preferably in a pet store or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer focused approach.
- Knowledge of animal care and products preferred.

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
