We require someone to assist with the administrative tasks in our bustling F&B department at the Club.


This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate of event management or hospitality management program or someone with hospitality background and admin skills to learn and grow.


Job description

  • Assist the Catering Manager and F&B managers in admin tasks related to events_
  • Input catering requirements into EVO platform_
  • Work in Jonas software to log information_
  • Liaise with members and clients to gather meeting and event info_
  • Communication with F&B departments regarding events_
  • Support clients of Catering_
  • Invoicing, processing bills & payroll tasks_

Job requirements

  • Ability to communicate with clients and members_
  • Event management, business, or Hospitality management student_
  • Ability to use MS Office, Jonas's software_
  • Ability to set up basic AV in meeting rooms_
  • Available to work hours a week_

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour
