- **3 shifts : 2 shifts Barback et 1 shift Busser**:

- **Disponibilité du mercredi au samedi**:

- **Shifts de soir/nuit : terminant à 4h environ**

**Description des tâches**:

- Effectuer la mise en place dans les aires de service et s'assurer de leur propreté ainsi que de celles des toilettes
- Effectuer la mise en place du bar : remplissage des produits et boissons, aménagement optimal du bar pour le service,
- Travailler en collaboration avec le serveur : débarrasser et nettoyer les tables durant le service, remplir les verres et bouteilles d'eau, ramasser les déchets sur et sous les tables, faire la prep au besoin
- Travailler en collaboration avec le bartender : s'assurer de la propreté des espaces de travail et de la verrerie, l'assister dans la production des cocktails et boissons, assurer un remplissage régulier et vérifier la prep en cours
- Effectuer le nettoyage de la station de travail : nettoyer les frigos et la salle de prep, défaire les caisses d'alcool et organiser les boîtes au recyclage
- Participer à la fermeture de l'établissement : refaire la mise en place des stations de service, effectuer le rangement et l'entretien des aires de travail

**Compétences requises**:

- 1 ou 2 ans d'expérience en bar

Atwater Cocktail Club is looking for **a bilingual and experienced support Barback/Busser **to join our team. If you want to be part of a motivated team and you have a desire to grow with a young and passionate team, we would love to meet you.
- **3 shifts : 2 barback shifts and 1 busser shift**:

- **Availability from wednesday to saturday**:

- **Evening/night shifts : ending around 4am**

**Tasks description**:

- Set up the service areas and ensure their cleanliness as well as that of the toilets
- Setting up the bar: refilling products and drinks, optimal layout of the bar for service
- Work in collaboration with the server: clear and clean the tables during the service, fill the glasses and water bottles, pick up the waste on and under the tables, do the prep if necessary
- Work in collaboration with the bartender: ensure the cleanliness of workspaces and glassware, assist in the production of cocktails and drinks, ensure regular filling and check the preparation in progress
- Perform the cleaning of the workstation: clean the fridges and the prep room, undo the boxes of alcohol and organize them for recycling, clear and straighten the bar for the next customers
- Participate in the closure of the establishment: redo the installation of service stations, carry out the storage and maintenance of work areas.
- Perform any other related task as needed

**Required skills**:

- 1 or 2 years of experience in a bar
