CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE (on-site), London and SW Ontario

We are growing Hudson is experiencing exceptional growth and we need a few Inside Sales Rockstars to help us harvest the vast opportunity sitting right on our doorstep.

The Job
As a CSR, you will be responding to inbound sales related inquiries from both existing clients and prospects.

The goal of a CSR is to close incoming sales leads from existing Hudson clients and generate new business revenue from past clients and new prospects.

First and foremost, you will provide a world-class customer experience for our prospective and existing customers - Hudson's highest priority.

*The CSR is an inside sales role for SW Ontario based out of our London office. Hybrid considerations once fully on-boarded and trained.


What We're Looking For:


  • You have 1 or more years of relevant sales or customer service or account management experience, preferably in a commercial sales role.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You have the ability to qualify sales opportunities with inbound prospects, propose a solution and close.
  • You are an efficient and effective problem solver in a transactional environment and consultative in nature for solution selling.
  • You are ready to engage potential prospective customers via incoming sales leads and outbound targeted prospecting.
  • You have a growth mindset, a contagiously positive attitude and work well with other functional groups within our project teams.
  • You have a strong sense of curiosity and can uncover risks and challenges that prospective customers are experiencing or may experience.
  • You embrace technology and emerging technologies if you don't know it, you will learn it.
  • You are a motivated individual with a sense of purpose who is driven to exceed goals and can demonstrate persistence and perseverance in a fastpaced environment.
  • You will try new things; you'll be encouraged to be creative and to try a new tactics and strategies we love creativity.
  • It's a bonus if you have industry experience in one or more of the services provided by Hudson or anything related. If not, that's ok if you bring other winning attributes including a willingness to learn and grow.
