Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team.

As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities.

This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general maintenance
• Repair or replace broken or faulty equipment, fixtures, and appliances
• Install new equipment or fixtures as needed
• Perform carpentry work, including framing, painting, and drywall repairs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Collaborate with contractors and other professionals as necessary
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
• Proficient in various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients

Note:
This is a paid position with competitive compensation based on experience.


Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
