As we continue to accelerate our growth, we are searching for an exceptional Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Their task will be to support the sales team in attaining their objectives; providing focus and productive communication with all customers ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction; and to perform day-to-day duties for the identification and successful fulfillment of client leads.

The role requires someone who is able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service. Every day there will be different projects and or tasks that require someone who can pivot easily. We need people who want to break down walls and make things happen. They will have to be very special and very driven to be successful.


Here's What You will Do:

• Conduct online lead generation activities and identify new business opportunities through various prospecting tools
• Maintain a current knowledge of the sales pipeline
• HubSpot
• Conduct weekly internal pipeline reviews
• Assist in developing bids, lead proposals and competitive tenders with speed and accuracy
• Maintain current knowledge of company products and services
• Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes

$35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
