Description

Help maintain the following areas at all times: public rest rooms, hotel lobby levels, ashtrays, elevators and tracks,
Fitness room, ice machine areas, stairwells, building entrance and hallways, etc.;
Responsible to clean and set-up all meeting rooms (according to meeting room check-list/BEO'S)
Responsible for helping room attendants by emptying trash and soiled linen from housekeeping carts;
Handle guests with excellent guest relations skills;
Clean offices, back-of-the-house windows as needed;
Vacuum guest hallways daily;
Use proper chemicals when cleaning as described by the department's procedures;
Perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner;
Bring trash to compactor at the end of the day;
Responsible for delivering clean linen to all floors;
Maintains Housekeeping and Laundry areas clean, tidy and organized;
Responds and assists Front Desk with any guest requests in a timely manner;
Meet and exceed guest and co-worker expectations by providing "Yes I Can" service and teamwork. Ensure all guests receive prompt attention, providing value added service by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to exceed guest expectations
Report to work on time as scheduled and adhere to all company policies and procedure
Perform all other duties as directed by management that are consistent with the policies and procedures of the company;
Notifies immediate supervisors promptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters of significance
