Springbank Dental, located in the heart of downtown Woodstock, is seeking to expand our team of dental professionals by adding a
Full Time Dental Receptionist/Certified Level II Dental Assistant to our family oriented practice.

• Above average compensation based on experience
• One evening per week required
• One occasional half day Saturday required (12 per year)
• Monday-Friday

• Understands and adheres to Quality Assurance Control, Infection Control, WHIMIS, IPAC, and all other protocols set out by the RCDSO and Public Health
• Able to understand and execute recall frequencies and booking appointments to fill the schedule
• A strong understanding of Dental Insurance guidelines and EDI submissions
• Developing strong patient relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Sterilization of equipment & proper room turn over
• Clinical chairside assisting with sound knowledge of instrumentation & general dental procedures

• Minimum of 2 years experience either chairside or reception
• Diploma in Level II Dental Assisting preferred
• HARP Certified
• IPAC Certified
• Experience with Abeldent an asset but not required
• Detailed understanding of practice health and safety requirements
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable with multitasking, strong communication skills would be an asset.
