This position reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Transaction Services, Personal Banking.

The sector's mission is to identify, define, and develop digital solutions that serve the entire organization, with the goal of achieving and accelerating our digital transformation.


In this position, you will represent the Digital Strategy, Personal Banking sector, make strategic decisions, and act as a Digital Experience Leader in order to maximize the value of digital products for the sector.

Your main challenges

  • Build the vision and strategy to advance our digital products
  • Build a roadmap and work closely with UI/UX and analytics teams to develop client journeys and design new digital features
  • Define and manage priorities for new features, improvements, and the repair of bugs in accordance with business value and priorities for the Personal Banking sector
  • Act as an ambassador for the greatest delivery velocity for the entire value creation chain, while emphasizing digital product stability
  • Take a longterm perspective of digital product evolution
  • Innovate and keep abreast of market trends related to product evolution to propel the Bank's transformation
  • Communicate and act as an ambassador for the vision of your product, both internally and with stakeholders
  • Manage the endtoend digital product lifecycle
  • Be the organization's experton your digital product
  • Define and monitor digital experience KPIs
  • Monitor the use of features and recommend improvements
  • Ensure the ongoing transformation of digital products to enhance the client experience, increase the accessibility of our services, and develop our banking solutions in order to meet our clients' current and future needs
  • Actively participate in planning and running digital studio PI Planning (Product Iteration)
  • Be a representative and custodian of the client experience
  • Play a role to influence and communicate with all stakeholders
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the strategic alignment of banking products' evolution and their rollout in digital channels
  • Provide visibility for all stakeholders (Products team, Digital Studio, Digital Vice-President, Operations, Fraud, Security, etc.) on roadmaps affecting the digital ecosystem

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in digital strategy and/or online solutions delivery, business analysis, process reviews
  • Knowledge of Agile tools and processes (Jira, Disciplined Agile, SAFe, Scrum or other), an asset
  • Knowledge of Personal Banking and the banking industry (an asset)
  • French (written/spoken) important.
