We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving revenue growth within your assigned region.

You will lead a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the region
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to drive business growth
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Skills:

Proven track record of success in regional sales management or a similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and make datadriven decisions
Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
Ability to travel within the region as required

Pay:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
