Key Responsibilities:


  • Ability to run various pieces of equipment (drill rig, excavators, skid steers, track loaders)
  • Shoring
  • Loading and unloading equipment off Tagalong trailers
  • Setting Steel Piles, Trenching, Demolition, Backfilling, Fine Grading, Lagging Installation
  • Safe operation, cleaning, and maintenance of machinery and trucks
  • Manual labour required
  • Ability to work with small and large crews
  • Travel to shop in Burlington every morning

Requirements:


  • Shoring
experience is a requirement for this position

  • Drill rig, excavator, skid steer and track loaders experience is an asset
  • High school diploma
  • WHIMIS, Working at Heights (Training available if required)
  • Clean drivers abstract with G license or D/A/Z
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Equipment Operators Certificate(s) an Asset but not required
  • Construction experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$30.00-$38.00 per hour
