Description
JDM Air Power Services Inc is looking to hire a shop assistant to our team. We specialize in Industrial fans and blower repair, dynamic balancing and mechanical services.


Duties

  • Assist millwrights with jobs in the shop and in the field
  • Clean and organize shop when its needed
  • Balance rotating equipment in house
  • Welding experience is an asset
  • Check and restock service vehicles
  • Deliver and pick up material, supplies etc.

Qualification

  • Strong mechanical aptitude is an asset
  • Ability to use hand tools and trade related tools
  • GMAW, SMAW, GTAW welding experience is an asset
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Valid G drivers license and clean abstract

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
