ServiceMaster Restore of Edmonton is looking for a Program Assistant (Administrative Assistant) to join our team


ServiceMaster Restore of Edmonton is Edmonton's largest disaster restoration franchise, offering 24 hour/365 day assistance to anyone in need after a disaster has occurred.

ServiceMaster of Edmonton employees are committed to following strict standards in water removal, fire/smoke restoration, mold removal and other disaster restoration services.


The Program Assistant will provide administrative assistance and support to the Projects Director and Estimators to ensure each claim is completed as specified by the insurance company.


Job Duties

  • Monitor control points/KPIs with insurance adjusters to ensure timelines are met.
  • Monitor estimate uploads to ensure specific timelines are met.
  • Reporting outstanding estimates to Project Managers and Estimating team.
  • Monitor Xactanalysis notes to ensure Project Managers and Coordinators are providing status updates on all ongoing jobs.
  • Monitor Symbility notes to ensure PMs and Coordinators are providing status updates and meeting all timelines as required.
  • Tracking of all job using excel and our internal program.
  • Keep up to date on client protocols and update our system as needed.
  • Data Entry and maintaining records/spreadsheets for all jobs.
  • Reception coverage
  • Assist Project Coordinators as needed.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Highly organized selfstarter who is able to work independently
  • Patience in working with a diverse clientele
  • Personable with ability to effectively communicate both in verbal and written form
  • Confident in the decision making process
  • Able to work with limited supervision
  • Approachable and sensitive to diverse situations
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work well under pressure and tight timelines
  • Ability to prioritize and meet all timelines
  • Flexible to work overtime (including evenings and weekends) as required

Education and Experience
year's work experience in an administrative support capacity

  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft office programs including Word, Outlook and Excel. Certification in Advanced Excel will be considered an asset
  • Extensive data entry experience with a high degree of accuracy
  • Previous work in the insurance industry, construction, restoration or mechanical industry is a definite asset

$18.00-$22.00 per hour
