What you'll do:

As a Marketing Operations Coordinator you are responsible for optimizing marketing processes, managing data, and supporting campaigns. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring efficient workflow within the marketing department. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in database management, lead generation, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with marketing tools and analytics are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities/Requirements:


  • Analytics and Reporting: Generate reports and analyze marketing data to provide insights into the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements
  • Lead Management: Develop and implement lead management processes to efficiently handle and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Workflow Optimization: Streamline and optimize marketing processes and workflows for increased efficiency
  • Automation Implementation: Integrate and utilize marketing automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks, nurture leads, campaign effectiveness and improve overall efficiency
  • Campaign Execution: Ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines

Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and IT, to align marketing efforts with broader organizational goals

  • Analytics and Reporting: Generate reports and analyze marketing data to provide insights into the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Customer Data Protection: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement measures to safeguard customer information in marketing activities
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, informing strategic marketing decisions
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the quality of marketing data, ensuring accuracy and consistency for reliable analysis and decisionmaking.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and recommend improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing operations
  • Customer Advocacy: Cultivating a community of satisfied customers who can advocate for the company, whether through referrals, case studies, or reviews.
  • Salesforce experience including Salesforce marketing cloud preferred.
