Missions

Service and network planning

Supporting Operations by optimizing deployment of fleet and workforce,
Compliant with local work rules, laws and regulations related to transit workers,
Following all contractual demands with our clients,
Minimizing operational costs.
Supporting Business Development with pricing of fleet and workforce for responses to tenders and possible new contracts.
Supporting other corporate support groups,

- in labor negotiations,
- workplace improvement programs related to transit workers,
- advising and collaborating with network development teams or clients on timetable
- or other improvements, with the objective to improve our service to our passengers and to optimize our efficiency.

Participating in the global network of scheduling experts, supporting other countries and international Business Development teams in large and prestigious projects around the world with the abovementioned tasks.

People leadership

Ability to positively influence the lives of individual coworkers and those within the team, with enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity.
Display leadership, teamwork, and strategic planning ability.
Ability to train and coach new colleagues.
Manage effective communication to all parties and at all levels.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Planning, Operations Management or IT related field is preferred; An acceptable combination of education and experience in (public) transport operations may be substituted.
Extensive affinity with public transport

Preferred Education and Experience

5 years' experience in public transit scheduling, operations, or network development
Extensive experience in a logistics or public transport environment

Required Skills:

Ability to manage the delivery of schedules and rosters in a very time sensitive environment.
Ability to build trust in the field with local staff through reliability, integrity, respect, and effective communication and timely delivery of schedules and rosters.
Possess strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills (both oral and writt
