    Mining Engineer Co-Op/Intern

    A Mining Engineer or Geoscience Co-Op/Intern at Mosaic will be assigned to assist with special project design, execution, and management.

    Projects will focus on improving facility efficiency and final product quality.

    Mosaic Potash Esterhazy K3 is an underground potash mine located 90 kilometers south of Yorkton and one of the world's most competitive underground potash mines in the world.

    Located at Highway 22. Housing and relocation can be provided for qualified candidates.
    Full time Co-Op/Internship. Typically,36-40 hrs a week on site.
    Develop, evaluate and formulate solutions in projects focused on improving the quality of mining processes.
    Communicate with various levels of personnel throughout the organization, including management, plant operators, engineers (of various disciplines), lab personnel, and contractors
    Participation in department meetings and meetings specific to the project assignment
    Second year or higher pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mining, Geological Engineering or Geoscience
    Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred

    Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - You will need to be able to travel to and from sites and/or office.

    Basic computer skills are required
    Familiarity with an industrial environment is highly desirable
    Physical work environment is occasionally outdoors with exposure to varying degrees of hot and cold environments
