As part of the Building Caretaker/Maintenance personnel at Green Acres Foundation you would be responsible for the following:

Performing general maintenance, caretaking, grounds keeping, and exterior site duties.
Conducting regular inspections of the buildings, grounds, utility systems, and machinery.
Completing administrative paperwork as it relates to the position.
Assisting with cleaning and janitorial duties.
Attending to maintenance emergencies as they occur.

_ Requirements:
_

Minimum 3 years' experience in the maintenance/caretaking field.
Physical ability to work in multistorey building and physical stamina to lift and carry up to 25 kg.
Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check
Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Current satisfactory driver's abstract and claims experience letter.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
A flexible, willing, and positive attitude.

5th Class Power Engineering Certificate or Building Operator "B" Certificate is considered an asset.
