Attache Group is a Managed Services Provider with offices in London and Windsor, Ontario.


The Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing technology projects for Attache Group and Attache's clients by managing the cost, time, and scope constraints.

The primary duties include creating and maintaining a project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, resource allocation, and financial status, in addition to being the primary point of contact between the client and the Attache Technical team during all phases of a project.


Basic Functions:


  • Manage project plans built by the Service Manager or other Technical Resources; develop goals and budgets while identifying resources needed, planning schedules, and measuring results in ConnectWise.
  • Understand overall project objectives, as well as the role and function of each project team member.
  • Ensure the project objectives and requirements are clear and agreed upon by all team members and clients.
  • Coordinate delivery and implementation of projects that meet quality assurance standards.
  • Assist project team in design and development tasks.
  • Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure ontime completion with budgetary requirements.
  • Drive problem investigation and resolution as required.
  • Communicate to the Client and Attache management any issues, problems, changes in scope, delays, cost overruns or other dynamics that may cause the project cost and/or timelines to change.
  • Ensure that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully through to production.
  • Design and maintain technical and project documentation.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Improve client perception and satisfaction.
  • Possess the ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Escalate project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.
  • Communicate with clients by keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changes, agreed outages, etc.
  • Maintain specific knowledge of the client and how our services and products relate to their business strategy and goals.
  • Develop indepth knowledge of Attache's professional services and how they relate to client needs.
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
  • Ensure time and expenses are entered in ConnectWise as they occur.
  • Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University.
  • Enter all work as activities, service tickets, or project tickets in ConnectWise.
  • Review IT publications and online materials to remain uptodate with current and future technologies emerging in the industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:


  • Knowledge and experience in crossfunctional project management methods and techniques.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and client service skills.
  • Skill in planning and preparing written communications.
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and clientcare.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Service awareness of all organization's key services for which support is being provided.
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services.
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of project details.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:


  • BA/BS, preferably in business administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems like ConnectWise, AutoTask, or Kaseya is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus

Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
