Bureau Veritas is looking for a Centralized Invoicing Supervisor to lead a dynamic team responsible for processing invoices for our Environmental and Industrial Hygiene (IH) client base across Canada and the United States.This supervisory position requires strong accounting knowledge, team leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex invoicing operations in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of direct reports through coaching mentoring and clear assignment of duties responsibilities Conduct training and onboarding of new staff Schedule regular team meetings bi weekly and daily huddles as needed Monitor staff productivity turnaround time assign tasks workload accordingly Conduct one-on-one meetings coaching sessions Monitor evaluate employee performance provide meaningful feedback develop action plans continuous growth Ensure timely processing invoicing all available work Environmental IH clients based client requirements Execute oversee all invoicing credit processes Environmental IH lines business Resolve invoice discrepancies customer inquiries Manage month-end invoicing processes schedules team including prioritization workload meet deadlines targets Monitor billing cycles ensure month-end year-end deadline compliance Review invoicing status monitoring system alerts closed unfinalized invoices export failures cancelled TMPs Run daily reports management identify resolve stuck jobs invoicing Monitor aging TMPs manage cleanup pending items Review assign BVS credit tickets regions Coordinate IT Accounting invoicing errors Support team during month-end processing Provide daily monthly reporting management required Answer questions resolve escalations team members Customer Service Accounting Maintain open communication Finance Customer Service Business Development Accounting teams You are ideal Centralized Invoicingsupervisor if have Skills Knowledge Post secondary school education least years experience financial environmental lab operations At least years leadership or supervisory experience Reliable responsible self motivated strong ability establish priorities lead teams Proven coaching mentoring staff motivation skills Excellent written verbal communication collaborate effectively Finance Customer Service Business Development Accounting teams Strong analytical problem solving skills recommend implement alternative solutions Detail oriented excellent record keeping organizational abilities Proficient Microsoft Office create resend data Ability thrive fast paced dynamic environments adapt changing priorities Strong timemanagement multitasking capabilities Quick learner demonstrated ability master new systems processes Working knowledge basic accounting principles Familiarity LIMS systems including Invoice CLNT MaxxBill Settings Experience BVS Credit Process Knowledge BVS Credit process asset Represents Bureau Veritas values always professional
