This role demands solid HR fundamentals and the ability to master our HRIS for maximum efficiency gains.


Your Responsibilities

  • HRIS_
  • Maintain HRIS system to ensure data integrity and the accurate and timely processing of employee information.
  • Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system modules, upgrades, and entity integrations.
  • Create and generate reports to support HR functions, including compliance reporting, headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, and other reports as needed.
  • Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Assist in the development of user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Train new system users and all our people on new processes/functionality.
  • Human Resources_
  • Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits. (would start with this)
  • Work closely with the P&C team on various projects and initiatives including employee engagement, development, performance management, DEI, etc.
  • Organize and initiate the employee lifecycle efforts from onboarding new hires to offboarding.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Input and track updates/changes to reflect employee's life cycle to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
  • Assist in recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and performing reference checks.
  • Leverages the tools and processes used to deliver P&C programs.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of HRIS experience and/or HR coordinator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures to ensure correct implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Autonomy and ability to work methodically and independently.
  • Good judgment and discretion.
  • Flexibility and speed of execution.
  • Responsiveness and quick turnaround.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and in Google suites.
  • Bilingualism required (French and English).
  • The desire to be actively involved in the success of the team and the company.
