We are a busy architectural woodworking and manufacturing company known for its over 40 years of experience in producing award winning, quality custom products.

Our goal at Nikolai Manufacturing is to construct products that consistently exceed customer expectations.


Responsibilities:


  • General HR duties
  • Coordinating employee benefits (MSP, Extended Medical), maintaining employee files.
  • Enter employee timecards for payroll
  • Payables matching invoices to packing slips, coding invoices, and entering into accounting software (Pivot Explorer)
  • Apprenticeships enroll, update working hours, and schedule schooling
  • Perform general office duties such as distributing mail, ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, coordinating service calls when required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office staff
  • Coordinate couriers and shipping
  • Responsible for creating shipping documents and USMCA certificates
  • File any WCB claims
  • Responsible for computerrelated issues.
  • Assist with Instagram postings

Required Qualifications:


  • Pleasant and outgoing
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Willing to learn
  • Reliable
  • Knowledge of Explorer Software helpful

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
