    MPHA 5P07: Infection Control

    Compensation

    Effective September 1, - $7,.48 per half course ( hours nominally)
    Effective September 1, - $14,.95 per full course ( hours nominally)
    Please note: Instructors who are employed in a 2-hour/week lecture, or the equivalent of a 2-hour/week lecture, are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course.

    Duties

    Duties and responsibilities will be in accordance with Article 22.01 of the Collective Agreement. These include scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom time (preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking and grading and course administration, including grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty).

    Qualifications

    1. A graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in infectious disease, immunology, microbiology, or a public health field with infection prevention and control expertise.

    2. Previous teaching experience in an MPH program or an appropriate area at the University level.

    3. Previous experience teaching online graduate level public health courses in infection prevention and control preferred.

    4.Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the university level (letters of reference and course/performance evaluations).
