Description

As an Experienced Bartender, you will play a key role in ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining and drinking experience.

You will be responsible for crafting a wide range of cocktails with precision and creativity, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as opening and closing the bar.

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages according to our standards and recipes.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing personalized service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Open and close the bar, including setting up and breaking down the bar area, reconciling cash drawers, and securing the premises.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bartender
• Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and other beverages.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Smart Serve Ontario Certificate

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
