Who You Are

You have a strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in knowing how things work. Experience with electric motors and industrial parts, either handson or in a technical sales capacity is desirable.
Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. You'll also be trained to utilize our ERP and CRM.
Ability to organize multiple priorities, manage a high volume of tasks, and meet competing short, medium, and longterm deadlines.
Welcomes feedback and challenges from peers and managers.
Constantly seeks out opportunities for improvement with the company and has a strong desire for continuous learning and selfdevelopment.

What You'll Do:

Work with sales representatives to develop new customers.
Read and interpret customer documents and specifications, identify potential information gaps, and collaborate with customers to collect all the required information to ultimately make a product recommendation.
Identify potential alternatives for outofstock products.
Provide pre and postsale technical support for our electric motor product line. You will be the inhouse electric motor expert.
Log and track all customer and team interactions within CRM. Leverage ERP system to give customers inventory and lead time information.

Pay:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
