We are looking for an experienced
Manager, Recruitment and Selection to lead an emerging and expanding team of 10+ professionals to support in this important work.

  • Work Model: Hybrid (50% in office, 50% remote)_

About the Opportunity

  • Are you an innovative professional that specializes in recruitment strategy, planning and implementation of intake and development programs that build organizational capacity?
  • Do you have proven experience in the development of talent pipelines and strategic options including geographic (local, regional, national), demographic, emerging, competitive and cross industry channels for scarce and high demand and difficult to fill skill categories across Western Canada?

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing FNHA's talent acquisition strategies and plans, including traditional, digital, mobile and social.

You will also be responsible for managing, organizing, developing and leading FNHA's recruitment operations and team for full life cycle recruitment services on a day-to-day basis.

This includes providing on-going training and development to the team. You will work collaboratively with the team in managing the implementation, operationalization and sustainability of recruitment programs.

You will also oversee the implementation of recruitment best practices, metrics and tools; lead continuous improvement initiatives; and develop and manage annual and multi-year recruitment budgets and plans.

You are an accomplished and proven Recruitment / Talent Acquisition professional that thrives in leading and managing recruitment strategy, operations and teams in a high volume and fast-paced environment.

You are highly organized, process oriented and you have a reputation for building and developing high performance teams. You are looking for your next challenge to be make a difference doing important work.

You may have experience in:
recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, employer branding, talent pipeline development and program management.


Education & Experience

  • A degree related to Human Resources or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience;
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing recruitment operations and recruitment team leadership or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity is required.
