Summary:

To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment and receivables of accounts under his or her control.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain uptodate billing system
  • Generate and send out invoices
  • Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
  • Carry out payments, billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
  • Monitor customer account details for nonpayments, delayed payments and other irregularities
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Review AR/AP aging to ensure compliance
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
  • Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
  • Process payments
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Investigate and resolve vendor/supplier queries
  • Process adjustments
  • Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
  • Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
  • Liaise with Finance Manager
  • Payroll approval
  • Other duties as assigned

Salary:
$37,500.00-$42,500.00 per year
