Planning Manager


What is the opportunity?
Planning Manager will utilize critical thinking to support execution of policies, processes, and transformation projects.

In this role, the Planning Manager demonstrates basic financial controlling and reporting knowledge and ability and, with guidance, conducts sessions within internal teams, gathering business analysis in the full range of typical situations and execute changes in current tools.

The role leverages guidance of a more senior resource when executing all aspects of requirements delivery.


What will you do?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assist with the invoices payment process (incl. Paper invoices, Software, Beeline, COUPA, etc.), furlough, etc.
  • Responsible for running the monthly reporting of Project Reports. Works closely with PMs/PMAs/Contractor Owners to review and correct outstanding items as part of the monthly cycle.
  • Maintain a positive and constructive relationship with all stakeholders, and assist the Senior Planning Manager in managing stakeholder relationships
  • Facilitate small meetings, prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
  • Assist in driving continuous process improvement in collaboration with other team leads
  • Develops knowledge and become a valuable team resource
  • Participates in adhoc requests
  • Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks. Analyze, mitigate and escalate where appropriate
  • Musthave:_
  • Experience working with Planview, MIS, and SharePoint
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail; ability to learn quickly and problem solve.
  • Strong MS Office, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Show strong initiatives to drive forward discussions and objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively from different functional perspectives and with both peers and senior levels
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
  • Nicetohave:_
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant working experience with minimum 2 years working experience in financial industry
  • Working experience with finance industry
